I hadn't heard of them before last week but I stumbled across their website and I'm now considering taking part in their online Towards Wellness Programme.
They offer:
health and wellness facilitators
advocacy services
group seminars (only in Tauranga I think)
support groups (in-person and online)
some online resources and a library for members at their Tauranga centre
and the Towards Wellness Programme which covers "foundation principles to assist participants to navigate the ME/CFS/FM journey and create an individual road-map to support increasing health and wellness"; online and self-paced or 10 workshops in-person (if you're in or near Tauranga)
(This is not an ad; they just seem to offer a lot and I thought it was wild that I'd never heard of them, and I wonder how many other people in Aotearoa are missing out)
