any other cluster b people trigger crashes by means of really intense emotions? Also unrelated question but does anyone else kinda just constantly have to remind themselves that the friend they're known for years isn't a piece of cardboard with some superficial traits drawn on it when they aren't actively engaging with you, and even then they kinda just are still flat and one dimensional and are like, tools but you also really really care about them and beat yourself up for not feeling the same deep connection they probably feel until they're doing something for you and also I wonder if my bpd traits that look like NPD are actually just NPD
