As someone who has never played FFXV, I found this questline surprisingly enjoyable. Noctis is a good boy. He’s my son now.
Okay, so as much as I can't currently edit the code of this blog without a computer, it doesn't mean I have no ideas. For one, a My Hero Academia verse.
After the starscourge is defeated, Ardyn's original soul gets reincarnated in another world entirely, namely the My Hero Academia verse. His Armiger follows, with everything stored within it, and it ends up becoming his quirk in some unique circumstances genetically, mostly because the armiger is attached to his soul and not his body.
His quirk is called on his legal papers as "Spatial Armory" because of Ardyn's weapons. However, secretly he can pull out other things besides weapons. All sorts of things he acquired over his past life, which was very long, and a lot of stuff.
He makes a habit of bringing out Oracle Coins from a vast collection and doing absent coin tricks.
He retains his original personality without the memories. So he feels the draw towards a purpose of saving people and is a bit religious. However, ever since his youth he has had nightmares of his past life back in Eos, and he feels residual anger, grief, and regret, without fully processing the cause.
He grew up seeing a therapist. Something happened that made him unable to qualify for hero training, so he became a vigilante instead, helping people without legal sanction as a young adult.
Ardyn's hairstyle resembles the longer style it did earlier in his Episode. So it is long and usually in a low ponytail. However, the color of his hair and his eyes is brighter, like it was after the starscourge.
When he's acting as a vigilante, he takes the glasses off and wears different hats that he pulls out of his "quirk" to throw people off a little.
