The slums wasnāt the most pleasant place to live in Midgar, but it had been Soraās home for as long as he could remember. In the lower areas crime, disease and misery ran rampant with people just being desperate to survive, sometimes resorting to extreme measures most of the time. Not that Sora could blame them. No one was really helping them, so they had to help themselves. Maybe that was what had led Sora to join up with AVALANCHE, the urge to do something, or maybe he just wanted to rage against the system in place. He wanted to make things better, was that so wrong? Some thought it best to keep their heads low and stay in line, but Sora couldnāt do that. For him, it had never been possible. Even if he had to keep his true intentions quiet, heād never stop fighting. The young brunette had an incredible stubborn streak, most would even call him reckless the way he was willing to just run into danger. Most of the time it served him well, but he was still very much a novice when it came to fighting, but he practiced at any chance he got, even if those times were few and far in between.Ā
Today had been rough for the brunette, rougher than most days. Shinra had attempted to pursue him when heād broken into one of the Mako reactors, planning to take it out, but heād been caught in the middle of the operation and had no choice but to fight and then flee. Heād returned back to the poorer area of Midgar, to rest and recuperate and figure out his next move. Going home really wasnāt an option right now for him. Because he didnāt want to put his family at risk, but staying out on the streets wasnāt an option either. Heād been wandering for a while when he came across a place called 7th Heaven. Heād never seen this place before, and he was somewhat hesitant about just barging in, but maybe itād be better than just wandering the streets, especially since it was getting darker.Ā
This place was worth checking out as he stepped towards the doors, pushing them open so he could enter. His first impression of the place was that it was a bar. It was somewhat deserted, so maybe it wasnāt open for business, but still maybe there would be someone here. Sora wasnāt entirely sure, but that didnāt stop him from calling out.Ā
āHello? Is anyone in here?āĀ
