Skylar had done his best to keep his distance from Felix. Honestly, after losing Hayden he was pretty sure he couldn't even give him what he wanted anyway. And then to find out Piper of all people had been behind it. It was just too much for him to deal with, but so badly he wanted to be there for the Slytherin. He could see it in his face no matter how much he was trying to hide it, Skylar recognized the hurt from his own face time and time again. And he had thought several times about just going and trying to talk to him. But instead, he just decided to send him a note, with just a simple, I'll always be here. Written across it, and let the ball be in Felix's court. Things had certainly not ended well between them, but it wasn't like he ever got over the other. But he thought maybe Felix could just use a friend if nothing else right now. And Skylar could do that for him. He had had help grieving over Hayden, and was thankful for that. But he had a feeling, Felix didn't have anyone like that. So every day, around the same time, he would go to their spot and study there. If nothing else, he would always be there for Felix to find if he did decide he wanted to talk to him. And he really did hope that he did want to.
