I have no fucking clue why but I am somewhat legitimately obsessed with bathrooms??
Anytime I don’t know what to draw I draw a toilet or toothpaste tubes. Which, yeah, I guess the latter would make sense considering they’re basically ribbons which is a drawing practice technique for getting down shapes and whatnot. But toilets?? I’ve drawn like 20 toilets in the past two years after drawing no toilets before.
Which doesn’t seem like a lot actually.
I’m also very serious about brushing teeth habits. Which is a good thing in hindsight, but also it came out of nowhere ? One day I’m sitting there and the next I’m like “brushing teeth is the most inportant thing ever” and I will sit there and be entertained by telling people the best routine for brushing teeth (for me personally).
Back to the toilet thing: I think about them sometimes. And how they work and stuff. And for some reason I just find it utterly fascinating that we have dedicated rooms for producing waste. Which yeah, obviously; very smart frankly. But also. What. Whoa. Wow. Really? Amazing. Awesome. Cool. Like idk, when you put it like “room dedicated to shitting” it’s like whoa you’re right that is weird and valid.
I also think about other animals pooping habits in contrast to that. They don’t (typically) have dedicated rooms, but I have noticed that my cat likes to poop in certain places in her litter box as opposed to other cats I know who have completely different habits there. Like my cat likes pooping straight in the middle of the litter box or at the back in a T shape and my sister’s cat likes to keep half of her litter box for shit and the other half for piss.
That’s getting off topic from the bathroom thing somewhat (from human bathrooms anyhow).
I also apparently collect toilet gifs on my stim blog. So. That’s a thing.
But if I tell anyone this shit they’re like “you’re weird”. Like. Very weirded out by me. In a concerning way of “why are you acting like you just found out I’m the devil itself for saying toilets are fascinating bruh”. Or something.
