DAMN IT! 😢 I had a feeling this would happen! The boys got in at 3:30 a.m. last night so I saw Frankie for literally about 1 1/2 minutes last night and he just called... I had to work the crappiest 11-7:30 shift tonight and he has to leave now... His job wants him there in the morning... I really hate this shift! I am somehow one of two people who can fill in? 1/2 Marathon training "officially" started yesterday..... I'm trying "zone training". Today was day 2 and it included 2 runs, a "recovery" run (stay in zone 2) and a "threshold" run. The threshold run is, essentially, an interval run...4x5 minutes as fast as I can handle with a 1 minute slow jog between each interval. - My plan was to also do some #maximusbody weight training...but I didn't have time.
