My first attempt at cooking in a glazed earthen pot was so damn therapeutic. That mild earthen smell gave me so much happiness throughout. 🙂 It was challenging to cook in an earthen pot as you have to continuously stir and ensure the right amount of flame is going to the pot else it will break down, unlike regular kitchenware. But overall it was a delightful experience.
