#throwbackthursday FINALLY getting around to sharing my results from the past 42 days ❤️ Remember how I had a bad injury earlier this year that left me imobilized for 8 weeks? Oh and I ate my way through Europe (croissants and cream filled coffee every morning 🤷‍♀️ #notsorry ) This is why I wasn't trippin' (pun intended). Cuz I knew I had a system that works waiting for me as soon as I was able to move again. . In between these 2 photos 42 days passed. During those 42 days I: Pushed play for 30 minutes 6 days a week. I enjoyed my favorite foods like tacos and pizza. 🍕🌮 I had wine.🍷🍷🍷🍷🍷🍷🍷 Ladies night martinis happened a few times.🍸🍸 There were days I dialed it in. There were days I loosened the reigns. . It is ALL about the 80/20 life. This is what works for me. I will NOT be an all or nothing girl...EVER. This system works. Period. . I have 2 slots left for the next round I'm starting on Tuesday. This is a permanent lifestyle change, NOT A QUICK FIX. . So if you have tried all the things like I did: (wraps, pills , fat blockers, thermogetic bullshit, etc...)
