Small update this week, I managed to create the inventory system (although it’s not complete yet) and made some scripting for the first scenario, there is no relevant screen this week because the changes were mainly not visible (except for the inventory but then again it’s not that interesting).
Time is running out, I’m starting to have questions about if my projects meets the requirements for a “pixelated” horror game, but I will continue with the development of this even if I have to take apart from the jam.
I’ve been also working a bit more on the storyline, I’m not planning on doing a full release of the game in Oct 31 but just a small demo that showcases what the game may look like.
I think I’m going to split my time on doing mostly 3D modeling during the week and leave the programming to the weekend that’s when I’m more focused for that task,
For this week I hope to have most of the models for the rooms of the house (untexturized) and work more on item iteraction during the weekend.
