hi anon! ♥ I’m not the biggest make-up user, and typically stick to mascara only anymore. however! I can tell you all I do know.

each person will have their own preference for make-up. powders, creams, liquids … find what makes you most comfortable! and, sometimes your skin may only like one type as well ; u ; for instance, I know someone who can only use mineral type makeup as others make their skin go red. so if you have sensitive skin, be aware of it!

look at what color of clothes you typically wear. dark, bright, neutrals … maybe find some make up that matches with your general color palate! I personally gravitate towards natural/earth tones if I ever do anything outside my typical mascara. consider makeup an art form - it’s important to consider color!

don’t expect your makeup to be perfect on your first try! I don’t know how to do eyeliner, but that’s because I’ve only tried it a couple times haha. if you have a relative who is well versed with makeup, go to them for any tips or tricks they may have. pinterest or youtube may also have some additional hacks! 

don’t overdo it. I think it can be difficult at the start to find a good balance of how much makeup to use. but personally, I feel like less is better. my personal opinion is that makeup is meant to accent your features, and not to hide them! (I have a hard time when it comes to foundation, because I have a lot of freckles haha) 

makeup has an order of what is meant to be put on first. how I was taught was: primer > foundation > eyes (eyeshadow, eyeliner, mascara, etc) > blush. do some research, or talk to someone who commonly uses makeup!

although it can be a pain, make sure to remove your makeup before going to bed! it can be a detriment to your skin if not. make it a part of your night time routine - like brushing your teeth.

go to a small store neither of you have been to before. it could be a newly opened place or one that’s been around for a while!

skittle bowling can be fun! go bowling and bring a bag of skittles with you. randomly draw a skittle - and whatever color you pick determines how you throw the bowling ball! (i.e. between your legs, on your stomach, non-dominant hand, on one leg, etc) if you don’t like skittles, you can substitute it with something else, like m&ms!

make a big homemade meal together. maybe try baking/cooking something neither of you have made before.

go on a hike! if not a hike, maybe a scenic walk?

put together a mini ice cream bar for yourself

go to a thrift/second hand store. pick out outfits for each other to wear, even if its just for kicks and giggles.

find someplace where you can have a campfire? make some smores! roast some hot dogs!

raid redbox and have a movie night! or, binge some netflix if you have it.

read a book together

card games, board games, a puzzle...

climb a tree, visit a playground. do some of your favorite things from when you were younger.

I’m not the best when it comes to ideas like this (I am a single pringle) but I hope this helps or sparks some ideas! > u o )9 hope you both have a great time!!

I would love some suggestions! I do enjoy kpop!!! but I don’t listen to it often enough haha. I have a sister who is really big into kpop and I hear quite a bit of it when I hang out or drive with her but that’s mainly it ; u ; so I would love some recs! the only group’s songs I’m familiar with the most is SHINee, since they were the first group me and my siblings came across.

ahh! I don’t have a studygram, but have been considering making one myself! I think . . . as far as I can tell, the main difference is the amount of activity coming from you. on instagram, you don’t “reblog” like on tumblr or “retweet” like on twitter -- to keep your blog/page/account active. instead, more original content is needed from you in order to receive the same amount of attention? 

but if your main worry is not wanting to post the same things (I’m assuming the same things as what you post on tumblr?) you could change it up a bit slightly! the content might be the same, but how you portray it can be different. if you do a flatlay, maybe do a different layout, even if it is with the same stationery. if it’s a picture of your bujo, maybe do pictures of different angles, or do a closer shot than normal. you could also have a certain type of content be available on your studygram compared to tumblr - like lettered quotes! or show more of your progress, while only your completed projects are shown on tumblr. you could also have it be more directed to aesthetics than bujo work if you wanted. you can look at some studygrams you love/inspire you and find out why you like them so much! from there, you can make some goals to have you studygram become what you want it to be.

I haven’t looked into the studygram side of instagram much, so I don’t really have much advice to give!! but I’m sure that if you do end up making a studygram, it’ll be perfect! 

oh gosh!! off the top of my head .... I love orange chicken, jasmine rice, cream cheese wontons, mac and cheese, bagels, chicken quesadillas, alfredo ... I’m a simple person tbh. basically chicken and cheese are my go-to. (and I know drinks don’t technically count as “food” - but I would 10/10 suggest trying apple juice with fresca!!) 

favorite meals I make? tbh I know how to make several types of food, but often stick to lazier options. I really love to make breakfast foods! my current addiction is runny eggs with buttered toast. breakfast burritos, cream of wheat, popped wheat, french toast!!!, pancakes, waffles .... but as for other meals! rn a super and tasty one is sausage with rice. I also love to make ham fried rice, homemade mac and cheese (baked mac and cheese is bomb too), chicken enchiladas, smoothies!!, taco salad, zupa toscana soup, calzones and some more --- (omg now you have made me hungry!!) I used to make lots of ramen, but now I can’t remember the last time I had it :’’)

I’ve been okay! mainly sitting back and relaxing (and eating lots of rice pudding tbh) while my mouth heals from having had my wisdom teeth taken out. today my mouth has been bothering me more than the past couple of days but!! I’m one day closer to being healed and back to normal > o < )9 

hi anon! I just did a quick check and dabbled with some mildliners on copy paper - and they worked just fine for me! I didn’t see any heavy bleeding, even when I went over the same area a couple of times. I could see the color on the opposite side of the paper when using darker colors, but only because I was looking for it. it was pretty faint! I personally would have no problem in using mildliners on printer paper.

but for pilog g2 pens, I have tried them - but not recently. from what I remember, they have a nice grip and fit nicely in my hand, and the color consistency is decent. but since it’s been a while since I’ve used one, I don’t have much of an opinion on them! ; u ;
