Bill hadn't planned on even falling asleep. He never did because the likelihood of it actually happening at all was slim at best. Now here he was, waking up in a bed with his arms wrapped around Eddie, his nose pressed into the base of his neck where it felt like he had been settled in for a good long while.
The fact that the brunet was not immediately pulling away from him meant that he probably didn't mind what was happening. Bill considered that a win.
"Sounds like a good thing if you ask me," the writer murmured, sleep still clinging to the edges of his consciousness. He made no move to shift or roll away, waiting for Eddie to give him any sort of indication he was not okay with whatever was happening here.
