More awkward videos of me trying to strengthen my arms! Today was Day 16 of FBSweat. I think it's been over a week since I did an FBSweat video, but I'm hoping to get back on top of it and finish the program soon. Today was arms and cardio. I really enjoyed it and expect to feel it tomorrow. Now to shower, lunch, and cram.
So this is my first time doing this, but @mystoryfortheaudienceoftheworld inspired me. This was at the end of my FBSweat D15 squats & deadlifts workout and holy crap was I tired!
First real workout since getting sick --> FBSweat Day 11. I only did the main video but that was my plan from the beginning. I didn't want to over do it. It started out rough. I felt weak and it was obvious. I picked it up as it went though and ended up satisfied with the way my body felt and the calorie burn. Now to move laundry and eat the yummy carnitas bowl I prepped yesterday
When I left school, it was raining and super windy. It wasn’t raining at home, but still windy and I knew that rain/snow was coming soon so no run for me. I’m a wimp, but no. I can do really cold weather, but I don’t like precipitation or wind. Nope. I don’t want to start hating running.
Anyways. I did FBSweat Day 13. It was rough but I did it. I’m sure I’ll be happy that I did it later. Now I don’t want to move anymore.

FBSweat Day 10 complete. I didn't do the extra credit. This was a bit longer than the normal workout and with the extra credit, it would have taken over an hour. Plus, my kid woke up and was screaming so yeah. I guess I should go be a mom.
Complete.
Mainly abs. I did half the extra credit cardio before calling it.
Sorry I’ve been quite. School is already everything and Mondays are especially long. I’d like to post about all the changes. Hopefully tomorrow.

read 1 chapter of Orthodoxy (not loving it, but I told a friend I’d read it so ugh)
read 2 chapters of Anna Karenina
If I fill my fit chart as all green again today, it’ll be the first time in the history of my fit charts that I will have had a whole work week (M-F) in perfect green. And hopefully I can keep it up and get the full week (M-S). I’m loving the success.Â
