I know absolutely nothing about Fate Led Zeppelin or Case Files so I don't have any rankups for Gray but I can tell you her S1 and S3 absolutely need rank ups. Her S2 would be fine if it was either a 6/5/4 turn cooldown or had its effect last 3 turns instead. Her NP is pretty good with its new official rank up.
Also my main takeaway from Case Files is she's got big...this energy
