The Avenger Burger - Two Canadian beef patties, two slices of canadian cheddar cheese, beef bacon (!), grilled onions, lettuce, tomato, pickles and house spicy aioli. This dainty burger was paired with their onion rings which had a light tempura-like batter. Reds' Flash Roasted Chicken - The chicken is marinated in-house for 48 hours then flash roasted at a high temperature for perfect tenderness. It's surrounded by broccoli & cheddar, guajillo sesame and double roasted russet potatoes. This was the dish that was their claim to fame and was highly suggested by the waitress. The 1/2 chicken was super juicy and the skin was really flavorful but the broccoli & cheddar was kinda meh. The potatoes were good, but I felt like there was way too much of it. Dry-Aged Sirloin Tartare - topped with crispy rice and served with pickled Tokyo turnip, beef fat mayonnaise and betel leaves. The idea was to make a kind of spring roll with all the ingredients... fucking brilliant. Side stripe shrimp - I was too enamored by this dish that i forgot to take notes when the chef told me about its components. On the menu, it simply states that it was served with a spiced butter, but it was so much more than that as you can see.
