Okay so imagine that Ladybug and Chat Noir can like, change out of their superhero clothes (or wear masks as Marinette and Adrien and despite not having magical disguise protection STILL NOT GETTING RECOGNIZED) and so they go to public events and occasionally the event organizers have them change, either in matching almost-coupley sort of things or into Ladybug and Chat Noir themed clothes that work better for the event. Sometimes they mix and match clothes because Fashion and also they have a lovely partnership so heck yeah we'll switch jackets, gotta support each other. Occasionally though, Ladybug gets something ridiculous to wear, something she refuses out of principal, but they don't wanna just not show up, plus they wanna make a point, so Ladybug goes out in Chat's more sensible clothes, which mostly fit right and also heck yes pants, and then they're like 'wait where's Chat' anD HERE COMES THE MODEL CAT BOY WEARING A SPOTTED MINISKIRT AND OWNING IT. Tbh they're not sure if they've successfully managed to get certain clothes off of the list to give to them or if they just encouraged them to give them BOTH miniskirts but Chat's enjoying it immensely regardless.
