Question
i need help with something
Person one, solving a problem at someone elses office: "oh the answer is this"
Person two: "What?? how the hell do you know that? who do you think you are?"
person one: "someone who knows something for once."
person one: *thinking* usually, i dont know anything, but for once i do!
person two: *thinking* oh. they're saying no one here knows anything at all! theyre insulting me and my team
is this more of an issue with person one's communication, or person two's interpretation? does it depend on person one's tone? or was person two too embarrassed to admit they didnt know the answer and decided to to attack person one? is person two jumping to conclusions? is it both?
hypothetically, where/how would person one learn to communicate better if it IS their fault?
