also ive been really twitchy lately in my muscles especially in this one spot in my right arm like in the center the biceps brachii musclei wtf it started 3 nights ago. the first time it happened it felt like there was a fucking vibrator inside my skin but didn't hurt at all but i don't know why this is happening because my diet or habits  haven't changed. i'm not that stressed either so what the fuck is up? and i;m pretty sure i dont have multiple sclerosis
