When I don’t have a lot of time to devote to my children, it really affects me. I get lethargic from the guilt and everything in my life suffers. That’s never a good place to be so I keep myself from it by including my littles in everything I do. Granted, they can’t always be with me because it is very dangerous. Had an amazing early morning #farmfit workout this morning with @mountainmoonhandbags! A 3 rep #circuittraining that consisted of 10 dead-stop push-ups, 10 reps of banded glute raises, 10-12 tire flips to ladder work then back carrying a granite stone overhead for 12 walking lunges then a 150 yard sprint and a 60 second cool down and water chug.
