Then one morning, he's on his balcony being happy and unemployed and sees this giant sweaty man in the field down the hill from him. Immediately decides "that's gonna be my husband🙂↕️" and takes all of his unemployed energy to initiate Plan Farmer's Wife.

Shinsou is just going to weasel into Aizawa's life, be such a devoted little caretaker as an excuse to constantly be in Aizawa's vicinity, be as in the way as possible and probably learning farmer things like how onions actually make more onions or when to plant sweet potatoes or something; "helping" but mostly sitting around staring all moony-eyed at his man
It would just be routine things eventually, and Shinsou would probably start being slightly less pushy as the enamored, lusty honeymoon phase wore off. Maybe he'd start bringing books to read and Aizawa would miss the constant attention and be forced to initiate conversation (he can't be neurotypical and casual about it, so the books act as an excuse to talk to Hitoshi~)
And Shinsou slowly understanding how time-consuming farm work is and realizing Aizawa isn't going to be as ever-present and unemployed as Shinsou is, ie couldn't just ask Aizawa to fix stuff in his house because look at all the work he already has to do! He wouldn't be able to swing by until, like, dark anyway! So he starts asking how to do things himself and Aizawa's awkward caveman brain is so slow to eventually pry into Shinsou's business-- like sweating because he wants to know so he could offer to help but not wanting to be nosy or intrusive in Shinsou's private affairs, not understanding at all that that's exactly what Shinsou wants🙂↕️
So whenever Aizawa fully loads the audacity to ask, Shinsou is stoked to have his big strong man making time to fix his shitty house and make the lights work in the bathroom. Probably says something like "it's a date!" when they make plans on the time Aizawa can come over to help, and makes a cute dinner, sets the table, lights candles, the whole shebang. Aizawa will absolutely not react to this, so Shinsou will end up taking it as him expecting that and therefore, they are on the same page and are dating now
Shinsou's forceful enough to never have to mention it directly. Aizawa won't get why Shinsou is demanding to be driven into town to get drinks, but he thinks Shinsou is pretty and wants to be nice to him so he does it 🤷 Doesn't understand why Shinsou is asking him to help pick clothes, will still offer to buy things for him at the store anyway
They'd eventually just spend so much time together that Aizawa will buck up the nerve to ask Shinsou on a date, all nervous and pink and awkward.
And Shinsou will be so excited that Aizawa initiated for the first time (probably right on time because he wants to get in those overalls so bad-).
Neither of them will know any better until they start discussing their anniversary or maybe in one jarring meeting with acquaintances asking to know how long they'd been seeing each other 🥴🥴🥴
