👑 what is the reason your bias is your bias?

ok so it all started out with pics of him on my dash with his rainbow hair and i always had a thing for unnaturally coloured hair, but then i really got into exo and watched showtime and all those videos and i mean i was already drawn to him bc of the hair and bc he was the most good-looking one for me among them but when watching all these other videos with him i just noticed that a lot of people misread his character? like at first glance he could seem cold and distant and reluctant but when you look past his resting bitch face he’s just so sweet?? he really cares for the ones around him, he’s not someone for a lot of words but the ones he DOES say mean so much, and he can still joke around and be fun and sassy and snarky and a little shit, tbh for me he’s one of the dorkiest people i’ve ever seen like that one pic on instagram he posted with the spiderman mask or the videos he used to post with tao, but nowadays it’s the ones with chanyeol where you can just see past the ‘colder’ image that’s really not him at all, he just doesn’t like being in the direct spotlight and is content to let the others do the speaking part and yet in his speeches and interviews he’s always so soft-spoken and thoughtful and genuine and i think he’s also anxious to say/do the wrong things so he’d rather take a step back then hurt someone also the way he cares for vivi and dkjasdkasjDHSAKDJHASd i jsut love him so much he’s such a sweetheart and yet funny and attractive and why is he so perfect Q_Q also him dancing to baby don’t cry? …. yeah no really gets me crying

How I entered/learned about the said game/show/movie/etc of that fandom: I discovered that Kate Mulgrew was in it through tumblr, and I read some highly positive feedback to the show. When I first watched the first episode, I was in university waiting for the next seminar... needless to say, I ended up switching seats so there’d be a wall behind me. :D
