aah of course! i honestly don't have her very fleshed out yet, but basically she meets lestat at around the same time he turns claudia at louis’ behest. as louis grews more distant and preocupied on his new “daughter,” lestat becomes fixated on a young berenice, whose family is trying to get her to marry an old fart for money. lestat kills the creepy older man and turns berenice as a means of assuring he won’t be forced back into solitude should louis chose to abandon him. she starts off with a jessica hamby type vibe, completely immersed with the dark ways of the vampire. however, as time passes she starts to see lestat for what he really is and kind of turns the tables. all the while, she becomes more and more of a monster herself.
