🐨 turning your intention into actual control is what’s fascinating to me. Just because you think, “I want to fly,” doesn’t mean it actually happens like in movies.

🐹For me, my dreams are always in a first-person perspective

🐨I’m the main character but it doesn’t feel like I can move freely according to my own will.

🐻Not dreaming at all is actually a really good thing, it means you’re in deep sleep. But I dream almost every day, which means I’m in REM sleep. REM stands for Rapid Eye Movement,

🐻where your eyes keep moving around even when they’re closed, and that means you’re not in deep sleep.

🐻 Isn’t it fascinating how your eyes move so quickly while you’re asleep? Normally, that doesn’t happen when you’re awake.

🐻 There’s even a method where you move your eyes around quickly with your eyes closed~~up, sideways, down, left~~going in a circle repeatedly, and apparently, you fall asleep faster that way. And there’s also this,I tend to imagine things before falling asleep.
