Fairy Tail ep. 196 (Spoilers, duh)
Okay so like I thing what really killed me was the build up of all the little relationships in Fairy Tail such as the moments with Jet and Droy, as well as with Macao, Wakaba, and Romeo. The foreshadowing of something horrible to come is very strong in this episode and obviously we were not disappointed when Gray dies. To be honest when I was reading the manga I sped through a lot of grand magic games. I still took it all in but since I was reading after the arc was over I didn't have the agonizing wait those who had been reading the manga at the time likely felt. I feel like the impact of his death really managed to show. Anyway I was also super happy about all the little added moments but none more so than the one with Flare and Lucy. And I am not ashamed to admit they are my crackship. They're just too cute. I still love Nalu to death but my crack ships will always make me smile and it's the reason I was able to stop tearing up over Gray.
