I can't even believe this is my body 😳 I did a super gentle stretchy flow for 30 minutes today and then I decided to give day 2 of #newyearasanas a try I had never done #fallendancer before and when I saw it I was like well there's no way I'm going to get into this but ill give it a shot so I tried with a strap and was surprised by how much deeper I went than I thought so I tried to do it without the strap and TADAAAAAA 🎉🎊🦄 This practice never ceases to amaze me 🙏 thanks guys for hosting this awesome challenge 💛 @sdharamr @yoginiinheels @kellymarie_yoga & the lovely @aloyoga
