Had intended to do about 8 to 10 miles, but the day was so nice, a bright warm late summer afternoon with a hint of fall breeze mixing in with the sunlight, continued on in the park for 13 miles in all. The legs were tired but gained strength in the last 5 miles to finish the run strong. Was worth going the extra couple miles, will pull back on another day. Now ready for the week ahead.
