Wasn't sure about a track workout today while still recovering from bruises from the fall during Sunday's run. Went ahead and ended up having a strong workout:
12 x 400 meters with 1 minute rest between reps. The 400's ranged between 86 and 91 seconds
Then 4 x 200 meters with 1 minute rest, the 200's were all in 41 secs.
Definitely worked the anaerobic fitness hard. With a 10 minute warm up and 10 minute cool down, a solid day of running. Added strength work afterwards to complete the full day.
