My home, and neighbourhood, is going to be "regenerated" by our landlord Rochdale Boroughwide Housing. Along with my flat they are proposing to demolish over 800 other properties on Lower Falinge & College Bank.
When RBH have finished there will be over 300 fewer homes in what they are calling the "Town Centre Area".
