Here are a few tips I can think of when it comes to drawing expressions with single eyed characters.Sorry about my writing but essentially all Im really doing is merging two eyelids into one. In a way you’re still drawing the same line you would if you had two eyes just on one. I will say that I utilize eyelids a lot more when I draw cyclops because they definitely help. Sometimes I can get away with just the eyelid or just the eyebrow sometimes I wanna use both. It just depends on what the expression calls for. Overall try experimenting with mixing different shapes of the eyelids and intermingling it with the eyebrow. Messing around with it might open up a lot more doors than you expected.Hope that helps.
