I'm quite confused/frustrated right now, I have a course and I'm failing it at this point. Like in the 40% range, it's a difficult course for me. I'm taking 24 credits in total and would be taking 18 credits in total if I drop that course. That's not a lot of credits but it's like I have to choose between that or a bad GPA. What is your advice?
I would definitely recommend dropping the course - keeping up your GPA is really important in terms of continuing in undergrad and even more so if you’re thinking of graduate school. 18 credits isn’t that terrible and remember you can always do some courses in summer school.

for some reason my previous prof told me that with an E i can take the course but not with F?
Really. :0 Hmm, I would say to double check with the course department and if you’re able to enroll (without eventually being de-enrolled), then you’re good.
