#failed experiments

Day 8 of Muppettational May art challenge hosted by Toughpigs! Bunsen and Beaker’s latest experiment.

This is some lemon-lime drink abomination that I had to dilute more and add more yeast for it to start fermenting at all. Very likely due to pH, though I didn't have means to test that.

So yeah, it seemed to be going fine for like 3 weeks after that, so I decided it was time to test the gravity and give it a little taste test. Fermentation had obviously stalled again with it pretty sweet, and the tentative couple of sips were enough to convince me that it needs to go straight down the sink.

I don't think that stuff would improve with time, or be successfully mixed with something else to make it taste decent. I don't think it's actively dangerous in any way, just gross.
