My wrists are too broken, I lay back too much, and I don't get the weight as far back as I'd like over my head... but it went up, and that means I stressed my system, and that means when I rest and recover I'll further adapt... # This is how you get #strong. #startingStrength #strength #harderToKill #weightlifting #powerlifting
