Self care.... What a wonderful couple of words... When things go wrong, when you're having a crappy day and all is doom and gloom, it's not so easy to think about yourself. Maybe you are thinking "what could I have done differently?" Or "I couldn't help it, I'm not in the position" and you beat yourself even more, and you come home, devastated. That was me, last night, and when it was about time for shower I said to myself "gosh I don't even want to take a shower... I need a moment for... Myself" I needed something, I wasn't sure what it was. And so I turned off the shower, ran out (completely naked) took a bowl and a handful of salt, some coconut oil, and wild pine essential oil. Mixed it all, and I passed the mixture all over my body, as a scrub. I massaged my sore legs, and back, and did some #facialyoga. . Gosh, it felt amazing! I smelled like a #wildpine and it almost like all my problems got washed away by that scrub. Of course, I know that today all of my problems, with some new ones, shall come back. But I did something for myself, because I needed it. Heaven knows I needed it! . And you might need it too!
