Last unit: 110th TFS / 131st TFW MO ANG based at St. Louis-Lampert IAP. Withdrawn from service to MASDC 16 December 1975 as AA FE0277. Departed MASDC to Sperry Flight Systems, Litchfield Park, AZ. Converted to QF-100D Drone (126). Next to 239 is 81st TFW F-101C 56-0019. Coincidentally, I have two other photos taken from the opposite angle that someone else took at the same airshow, in the USAFE album. F-104s in the Tiger Meet 1966 formation, the meeting was hosted by 74 Squadron at RAF Leuchars, UK
The Starfighter were from No 439 Squadron of the Royal Canadian Air Force, based at Marville in France and from the 31st Smaldeel of the Belgian Air Force stationed at Kleine Brogel.
