5 - Nicknames? Pet names? Any in-jokes?
Ratigan is a big fan of calling Basil "dear, dearest, love, lover, etc." Every sweet name in the book. I could see him using "old boy, old champ" as well. "Pipsquick" to mock him.
Basil is not one for pet names or nicknames. Padriac is more than fine. "Rat" will do when he is mad at him (he is often mad at him).
Their in-jokes are the times the two of then tried to murder each other.
7 - What annoys them the most about their partner? Would they change it if they could?
Basil: the smug aura Ratigan has around him. He is also not happy when the professor manages to trick him.
Ratigan: not a big fan of the flute. He prefers the violin. Also, he doesn't like Basil's rudeness sometimes. A thank you here and there would be appreciated
