It's been a very busy day. First I made and canned chicken vegetable stock, then I made meatballs, and then I jarred and processed meatballs and sauce for this winter. Most of these will be going down into my canning pantry but someone will stay up here for quick meals. I'll be making more sauce tomorrow. I know it would be far easier just to throw it in some freezer bags but with how often the power goes out around here I just don't trust it.
