   Her eyes remained fixed on his form, watching as he conversed with another person. It wasn’t the smartest idea, to hide behind a wide metal beam---the thing seemed rather loose... shouldn’t the government try to fix this? Then she remembered that Shinra or whoever was in charge weren’t exactly helpful.

No matter. She’d just stay here to watch him. A pang of guilt went through her thinking about her predicament. Imagine if he knew some girl was watching him like this... it was creepy. But... Aria just wanted to see him. 

The smoke and smog of the city was beginning to burn her nose and sneezing was the last thing she wanted. She took slow, deep breaths to calm herself but alas, her nose couldn’t take it anymore. 

She sneezed loudly, her hands fishing for a tissue in her purse pocket. Oh, great...he probably noticed that.

Carbuncle had used a teleportaion crystal to see how different it was from the way she usually travelled. Some how though, the crystal didn’t quite work the way she hoped. It was jiggling all over the place before it glowed. 

She thought that she'd been on the ground but she had been telepoted in the sky. She began to fall luckily she wasn't up to high and there wasn't any buildings about. Then there was a person with spiky blonde hair walking just below her, if he didn't move she'd crash right into him.

“…Yeah.” He just wanted to enjoy this moment with the brunette, his arms wrapped around her waist, feeling her comfortingly lean against him, as if to express all her trust was put into him…something that made him quite happy, and even happier he would give it in return. “…’Lot like a certain someone else I’m holding on to right now…”

He never thought himself as the romantic type…but when the mood and the setting was right, he could come up with creative ways to do it. “Just is just the way I’d want it… The two of us…in beautiful scenery like this.”

    The compliment made a soft blush appear on her face, head ducking down for a moment before lifting back up, her hold on his hands tightening a little. She wasn’t used to be complimented like this, as no one from her world did such a thing, unless they were looking for hand in marriage. But she knew that wasn’t the case with Cloud.

         “ It’s wonderful, Cloud. I’ll always remember this. “

     As she continued to look up at the sky, she couldn’t help but rock her body slightly in the blonde’s hold, humming softly under her breath.

My muse roughly grabs your muse’s arm.

“–Ignis!!” What was he thinking–had he gone mad? Surely, there had to be some frustration in this man–having lost his eyes…whether permanent or not, didn’t seem to matter. Though he wasn’t totally helpless without his eyesight. Nevertheless, it was grounds enough for him to stop their sparring match, by roughly grabbing his arm.

“…That’s enough. I can’t do this to you, anymore. It’s no better than fighting a handicapped person. Now let’s…let’s just…take a break, alright?”

Ignis jumps as he’s grabbed, his breath painful in his chest as he pants hard. He’s frustrated and he’s not thinking straight, he can’t breathe and he’s disoriented. Nothing is working and it’s taking TOO long for his sight to return, he is starting to lose hope that it ever will. He can sense light but it’s a painful reminder that this may be his life now. 

“…Not bad. Someone tell you that, or was that just a complete guess?”

“Either way…you strike me as the type that likes to be informed.”

  It was that chance meeting with him in the streets of Midgar that set her off. She remembered pestering him about his eyes and despite their short conversation, the priestess remembered him fondly. Perhaps too fondly for those eyes of his... those eyes of the deepest blue with a hint of green haunted her at night.
