In the streets, gardens and the Cathedral of Seville, Spain, the popular evergreen tree is Citrus aurantium (bitter orange, Seville orange, marmalade orange). The trees flower in March and early April which must be a wonderful sight and scent. The City does employ firms to collect the fruit to make various products including marmalade. The Writtle University College postgraduate students and staff certainly interacted with the trees and fruit of this wonderful place!
