After recently purchasing a Kollusion in a new jacket, I figured I should first pull out and try this Experimental Kollusion, Brouwerij Maenhout’s first try at their RIS collab with Boom Island Brewing Co. (Minneapolis, USA). The coffee beans and cocoa nibs did their thing, accompanied by the roasted caramel malts, some dark fruits and clove tobacco spice.
