Second kickboxing/Muay Thai class - 1 hour
Yummy, here is what I had for lunch today - a fish taco (I had tilapia), with cheese, salsa, mushrooms, spinach, and of course avocado. On a whole wheat tortilla! Last night I prepped all my meat, so I popped my tilapia on the stove, and seasoned half my chicken with bbq (low sodium spice rub), and the other half with salt, pepper, and basil. So excited to make some good meals this week. Off to kill week 4 arms & abs!
I always forget how good working out and eating right makes me feel. I have felt like a grease ball for about a week and I've eaten right and gone to the gym for the past three days and have immediately felt better. I have way more energy and I don't feel disgusting (aside from the heat making me feel awful and sweaty 24/7). I've also drank my protein after every meal so I'm extra proud of that because I never do that. So good to be back on my A-game!!!!
