Okay guys it’s happening!! My work hours have finally calmed down, and my boyfriend and I decided to join the neighborhood snapfitness. It’s a tiny little gym, only a 5 minutes bike ride away, and it has all the necessary equipment that we’ve so badly missed! Our first workout is this morning, so I’ll let you know how it goes. Before, I’m just having an English muffin with peanut butter and honey 😋
I’m so not used to being in a gym, I’m barely used to doing at home workouts. I feel thicker, I feel slower, I feel more easily winded. I feel unathletic and I feel like I’ve lost a huge part of my identity. Without a routine and some sort of accountability, I find it really difficult to maintain my fitness, so I’m hoping this helps. Do y’all love at home workouts? Or are you gym rats like me?
