My offering, LOL) MOVE: NO JOKE and as INTENSE as it looks! Beginning from a #crouched position ( GLUTES do not touch floor), hands facing each other, BEND forearm, bringing hands to forehead, keeping #elbows up, hands facing back, #SQUAT up, turning hands parallel to body, engaging & extending triceps. That's 3, 3, 3 Moves in 1 exercise, done in 1-min micro-sessions! YAY!! I LOVE COMBINATIONS because you get to work multi- #musclegroups in one exercise! Great exercise economics!
