Going to the beach tomorrow and it's always fun once I'm actually there, but the lead-up always freaks me out.
And then just now I remembered that the bodily reactions for "excitement" and "anxiety" are very similar.
Given the fact that I know it'll be fun and I do like floating in the water while listening to my friends talk, and then sitting at a picnic table by the sand while my friends talk, is it possible that the things my body is doing are not because I'm worried about leaving my house (why would I be??) but because I'm excited to go to the beach?
