So I have barely been able to function since my gf left me. But I went to see Bohemian Rhapsody in the theatres & the beautiful nihilism of “nothing really matters” is helping me in ways I can’t adequately convey. I can’t eat. I can’t sleep. But when I start hyperventilating, 6 minutes of Queen played on loop can at least get me to the place where I feel like I can get through the pain.
My girlfriend was cute and sexy and smart and spiritual and badass and kind and I loved every moment of being with her. I didn’t like how she broke up w me and it’s too bad bc if she’d handled things better we could have been friends again someday. I don’t want ill for her. I want her to be happy. But I feel like I’m dying right now bc a huge part of me *is* dying... all the emotions and time I invested in her... all the hopes and dreams for the future. One day I thought we were happy. Then: poof. Ghosted. Now I’m sad.
