For today’s self-enrichment:

“MIND OVER MATTER”

Definition: The power of the Mind to control and influence the body and the physical world generally.

Not to disappoint anyone who’s reading this, I have yet to discover what or how should this phrase operate effectively in my life right now. But I am intending to discover and in time (hopefully) master this technique in every aspect of my life.

It may be heard often when someone is telling you to keep your calm on a stressful day of work, or when you’re in the midst of fighting off a certain habit or addiction or even during a struggle or arguments with someone you love.

I have made a step to search(or Google) for an answer with depth or, at least, some different interpretation and i happened to fall upon this.

Doesnt matter what your beliefs are, this is pretty helpful in explaining the universally used phrase.

The part where it appears to hit me was that in order for Faith to work, we must first eliminate fear and doubts. Success in life doesnt come with destruction unless you anticipate bad choices. Mind the success and the things you can do to build on it, and the things that are in the way obstructing your plan for success and that are irrelevant wont matter hence it will be only a matter of its own and not of the mind, your mind.

So keep your mind above the things that do not require your mind to matter.
