Due to exams being around the corner, I've practically spent most of my waking hours in the library. Here's an update from the last restaurant we went to in the month of March.

In order for my readers to have an idea of our standard of preferences to the food we post up, we've decided to come up with a rating system named after our initials : ET Rating, also known as Eve & Tim's Rating.  Just for fun, also for future references if you have been following the places after us and have tasted it for yourselves.

May i present to you, the panel judges :

The one and only, Foodie Sidekick/Boyfriend, TIM. The one behind every unfinished plate of food of mine and the one in front of the cashier after every meal. Without fail. Trust me. Awesome right...!!! I'm so lucky!!!

Next up, yours truly. Foodie Blogger/Girlfriend also known as Eve. Besides eating everything halfway, I'm just the one behind the blog.

In our presence, which we are fortunate enough to have, Casey Liew, owner of the restaurant to recommend a line of dishes for our first time visit.

1) Anago, Sea Eel

  2) Sashimi consisting of Salmon Belly, Salmon, Tuna, Scallop

and Butter Fish

3) Prawn with Black Truffle Sauce

  4) Braised Pork (Japan Imported), paired with Garlic Rice

5) Grilled Salmon Belly Sticks with Mentai (Cod fish oil mixed mayonnaise) 

6) Ocha Creme Brulee, Dessert

Some sake to cheers to a GREAT DINNER!

Now, the food.

Located on Jalan Changkat Bukit Bintang; Right next to Werner's, opposite Radius International Hotel, same row with Frangipani.

Recommended Dishes :

1. Sake Bomb Maki, RM30

Salmon, Softshell Crab & Avocado

2. Grilled Lamb, RM18

Sweet sauce, Medium Rare

3. Black Spider Fried Rice, RM20

Deep-fried Softshell Crab on top, Spices on the sides

4. Saikoro Steak, RM28

Pan-fried beef cutlets with Wafu sauce (chef's special)

For your information, if it doesn't satisfy our buds, i would not be wasting my time uploading and breaking my back to wait for it to go through. So, it means... it was all awesome! Our personal favourite is the Saikoro Steak because we are a fan of beef and anything beef with the right amount of taste and ripeness wouldn't get passed our tongue un-chewed. 

We got there around 7.30pm and traffic was inbound so it shouldn't be a problem to if you're thinking of the travel-to-KL-jam-what?!-Hell No?!-part. Human traffic was moderate. Probably it was because we were there on a Sunday so most people just wish to head back home and wind down before the M-day.

FYI, the restaurant allows smoking both in the indoor and outdoor. It should be reasonably understood that its due to its locality. But we all can always make ourselves heard if we are not happy about things... So,  no problem!
