14, 17 and 26 for fic ask? :)
Hi! I finally have some time to actually answer this one hehe
Get to know your fic writer!
14. how do you write emotional scenes? Do you ever feel what the characters feel? Do you draw from personal experiences?
Hmmm I think what I try to do is (when writing) put into words what would move me to feel an emotion. So if I wanted to create fear I would try to think of things that would make me uncomfortable or scared. For romance, what would make me curl my toes while reading and so on. I guess it's the logic of a film maker? trying to have your audience feel a certain emotion.
That doesn't mean that I don't sometimes draw from personal experiences for some emotions, mostly sorrow and grief, those are the easiest to project onto characters, especially when they are characters that most certainly experience loss and grief.
17. What do you do when writing becomes difficult? (maybe a lack of inspiration or writers block)
I grow frustrated xD No, okay, serious answer. I tend to let it be. If it's a block, then I mostly reread my WIPs and edit, put my energy into other things like drawing and such and wait for energy for writing to come back. If it's not working, well, eventually one has to sit down and tell oneself "let's write, even if it's shit" and sometimes that helps getting the words flowing again.
26. Which of your fics would you call your wildest ride?
With a serious plot or crack fics? You all haven't seen my wildest fics fklsgksdgslxg anime days were crazy lol From the ones I have posted I'd say the Dragon-Wan series or the necromancer Obi-Wan fic... but I think maybe my readers have a better answer xD
Thank you for sending these!
