The Neighbourhood House "is a terrific place with terrific people who want 'to foster a respectful, equitable atmosphere of sharing and learning by providing opportunities for residents to meaningfully engage with, and contribute to, their community,'" Evan Clarke explains. "The Board of Directors have expressed how stoked they are on this project, and think it can be a great success."

In July of 2013, Clarke released an EP, Before the Fall, with all album proceeds going to the Multiple Sclerosis Society of Canada – an organization held close to his heart after his dad was diagnosed with the disease a few years ago. This past December, EvanIvan released a Christmas album titled Where the Love Light Gleams. All of the album proceeds go to the Canadian Red Cross, to help the many victims of Typhoon Haiyan in the Philippines.
