House characters and what energy drink (or source of caffeine in general) I think they'd gulp like a mother's milk on a 12 hour shift.
House – Red Bull
Mix of battery acid and adrenaline. He keeps one in his pocket and drinks it warm. Probably dumps a Vicodin in it 'for flavor'. Runner-up: Whatever expired energy drink is cheapest at the gas station at the moment.
Wilson – Celsius or Monster Ultra Peachy Keen
He swears it's just for the vitamins. Drinks it with the same guilt as me hiding cigarettes. Peach flavor because he wants to feel nice things for once. Runner-up: Yerba Mate because he read one article about antioxidants once.
Cuddy – A can of Black Coffee
The kind she can sip while making six phone calls at once. She doesn't enjoy it, she weaponizes it. Runner-up: Sugar-free Red Bull. Inspired a la House.
Chase – Monster Ultra White
The drink of the twinks. The man is Monster Ultra White. Medical himbo core. That mild artificial citrus flavor just says: "I wasn't hugged as a child but I think I look really pretty in scrubs." Runner-up: Prime. No words. Absolutely diabolical.
Cameron – Starbucks Doubleshot or Celsius Heat she pretends is "for health"
She drinks the ones with collagen or immune support. Lies to herself in the mirror about it. Runner-up: Matcha yerba mate. Weird green concoction she claims is "natural caffeine" while dying inside.
Foreman – Bang or Reign
He drinks the kind of drinks that could power a NASA rover. He doesn't want to, but sleep is a myth and he's carrying the IQ of the whole team. Runner-up: 5-Hour Energy, two shots, no hesitation. Side note: Foreman canonically drank a Monster Energy Electric Blue while preparing Taub for his exam that one time so I feel I have to mention that. God bless Monster Energy.
