I feel like although house has a shitty attitude, reid would LOVE and HATE to be around him, we all know how reid likes to flaunt his smartness, and house would be the PERFECT fit for reid in the smarts department. Constantly debunking each other's theories until someone gets it correctly
And dont get me started on house and cuddy's "relationship" in season 1-7, even SPENCER would be able to tell the tension. You know that deleted scene of spencer telling derek that its obvious that he has the hots for emily because they're always lingering around each other? That would DEFINITELY be a conversation with Gregory house and spencer reid, "its pretty obvious that you see her as more than a friend." "Yeah, I see her as my BOSS." House would tell reid with that stupid ass look ln his face, and even reid would know its absolute BULLSHIT
Lwk I can definitely see house preferring reid over the ducklings because the guy is a literal GENIUS, but house would never tell reid. He would give it away by certain little gestures, such as, asking reid what he thinks of the patient, and even telling spencer his theories before sharing them with the team
AND I think house would definitely coach reid a bit with his "everybody lies" thing, and spencer would be like "why would someone lie while they're in a hospital lol"
